Welcome to Paper Trading App – Virtual Stock Learning (“we”, “our”, “us”). The app is an educational stock market simulator for learning purposes only.

By using the app, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. The developer is based in India.

Account information

When you use Google Sign-In with Firebase Authentication, we collect your name, email address, profile photo (if available), and Firebase User ID (UID). We do not collect your Google password.

App activity and trading data

• Virtual portfolio, watchlist, orders, positions, and funds history
• App interactions such as screens visited, buttons clicked, and chart views
• Premium or Remove Ads status

Device and technical information

• Device model, OS version, and app version
• Advertising ID, IP address, and network state
• Crash logs and performance diagnostics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging token for notifications

We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage files, or bank, UPI, or card details.

• INTERNET: To log in, load market data, sync your account, and load ads.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check the internet connection and show offline status.

We do not request sensitive runtime permissions.

• Create and manage your account and sync virtual trading data across devices.
• Provide virtual trading, charts, portfolio, and watchlist features.
• Send price alerts and important updates through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Show ads and offer an ad-free premium purchase.
• Analyze usage with Firebase Analytics to fix bugs and improve the app.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and provide customer support.

We never sell your personal data.

Trusted third-party services may collect data under their own policies:

• Google AdMob: Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads may use Advertising ID for personalized or non-personalized ads. You can manage ad personalization in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
• Google Play Billing: Google Play processes Remove Ads purchases. We store only premium status, not payment details.
• Market data providers: Dhan, Angel One, and public APIs receive anonymous market price requests only; no personal data is sent.

The app is free and ad-supported. Banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads are shown through Google AdMob. You can purchase “Remove Ads” through Google Play Billing; Google Play handles the payment completely.

Virtual trading data is stored locally on your device using Room Database and synced to Firebase Realtime Database, linked to your UID for backup.

We use HTTPS encryption in transit and Firebase security rules to protect data. However, no system is 100% secure, so please keep your Google account secure.

We retain account data while your account is active. You may delete your data through Profile / Settings > Sign Out > Delete Account (if available), or email us with the subject “Delete My Data” from your registered email. We will delete your Firebase account data within 30 days.

Anonymous analytics and ad data are retained by Google under its policies. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, the cloud backup remains until you request deletion. This section also serves as our Data Deletion declaration for Play Store Data Safety.

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. A parent who believes their child provided data may contact us for deletion. Users below 18 should use the app only under parental guidance.

You have the right to access, correct, and update your personal data; withdraw consent; request deletion; and raise a grievance by email. We will respond within 30 days.

We share data only with the service providers listed above to operate the app, or when required by Indian law, court order, or to prevent fraud or abuse. We do not sell or rent personal data for marketing.

Firebase and Google servers may be outside India. By using the app, you consent to such transfers with the safeguards provided by Google.

We may update this policy. The updated version and its new “Last Updated” date will be posted on this page and inside the app under Funds > Privacy Policy. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
